Field Service Management (FSM) manages resources in several industries like healthcare, telecommunication, gas utilities, heavy engineering, property maintenance, and so on. FSM refers to companies which manage installation, service, and repairs of systems and devices.
Service Fusion, an Irving, TX-based company which provides field management software, launched service Fusion Referral Program. The program is the industry’s first multi-tier program, which will provide an opportunity for field service companies to earn referral commissions when they refer someone to Service Fusion. The company serves more than two thousand customers in multiple residential and commercial service verticals. Service Fusion’s FSM solution combines lightning- fast work order entry, intelligent scheduling, instant invoicing, integrated payments, and advanced reporting with real-time communication with the help of a field worker or a customer’s mobile application.
On the event of the launch Max Paltsev, CEO of Service Fusion, says, “Many of our customer journeys start with a friend or colleague mentioning our name. We have the most incredible group of customers anyone could ask for, and we wanted to create an easy way for them to earn something for sharing their Service Fusion story.” He further adds that the company wouldn’t be so successful without the help of their customers. “With this program, sharing their story will be easier than ever, and they will get to earn passive income for up to twelve months,” says Max.
The program will be able to pay out an average of three hundred dollars per direct referral and one hundred dollars per indirect referral. The company has created a unique link for every customer, which can be shared through e-mails and other social media platforms. The link will automatically track a customer’s referrals and their status.
