The acquisition of Wastech Controls by Ovivo will strengthen Ovivo’s position in the electronics market.

It is with great pleasure that Ovivo Inc. ("Ovivo"), a leading provider of systems, technology, and equipment for water and wastewater treatment, confirms the acquisition of Wastech Controls & Engineering, LLC ("Wastech").
In addition to strengthening Ovivo's position in the US electronics market, Wastech's established client base will provide cross-selling opportunities in other markets. With the acquisition of Wastech by Ovivo, the company will operate under its own brand name under the leadership of Mr. Paul Nicolas and Mr. Serge Saatejian.

As a well-known manufacturer and supplier of chemical handling, water, and wastewater treatment equipment, Wastech was established in 1987 by Mr. Paul Nicolas in Chatsworth, California.
As a leader in turn-key wastewater treatment systems, Wastech has installed more than 1,500 systems for a wide range of industries, including biotech, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, electronics, and metals.
