Combining AI technology with Energy Wyze's Solar CXM gives organizations a unified experience for managing customer data from lead to installation.
FREMONT, CA: Energy Wyze, a subsidiary of SinglePoint, introduced a new AI bot technology that enables the total automation of scheduling appointments and automatic lead creation. While in-person engagement is still available, prospective clients are no longer needed to make direct contact with a salesperson to arrange an appointment. Instead, such an AI system can gather the correct information and schedule an appointment to link each individual with the best solar supplier, regardless of their location.
"We're thrilled with this cutting-edge innovation; this AI technology will enable our clients to maximize efficiencies with their client data. A common problem in this industry is follow up with customers. This technology solves that issue instantly," says Joe Hupp, EnergyWyze, COO. "The user experience was a top priority in the development of the AI technology, and it is able to simulate a two-way conversation. Users are able to enter a message as though they were communicating with a human representative via Text Message, Facebook Messenger and Instagram Messenger, and the AI is able to reply in kind."
Energy Wyze strives to innovate technologies that benefit both solar installation firms and customers. Combining AI technology with Energy Wyze Solar CXM gives businesses a unified experience for managing customer data from lead through installation. Solar CXM is a customer relationship management (CRM) solution for the solar industry, similar to Salesforce. With automation capabilities built in, CXM users can automatically manage their pipeline and keep consumers engaged throughout the solar installation process, saving time and money while improving engagement and decreasing cancellation rates.
Energy Wyze will initially offer this fully automated booking function in Utah, Virginia, California, and Connecticut before extending to Colorado, Texas, and eventually globally. The AI bot is expected to save thousands of dollars and countless hours while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Che Oliver, CMO of Energy Wyze, stated, "The initial tests have gone flawlessly, and we are eager to put this program in place across the board. We're looking forward to other applications of this technology and to the advancements yet to be made in other areas."
