Econse Helps Round Table Brewery Launch With On-Site, Sustainable, Wastewater Treatment

With the BrüClean System from Econse Water Technologies, this new brewery is taking a proactive—and necessary—step to safeguard water in the Hudson Valley

LOCKPORT - The Hudson Valley, known for its scenic beauty, unfortunately faces the challenge of having some of the most polluted water in the United States. Instead of contributing to the issue or awaiting additional regulations, Round Table Brewery commenced operations with a commitment to clean and sustainable business practices from the outset. In pursuit of their wastewater management objectives, they enlisted the expertise of Econse, leveraging innovative technologies to enable them to cut costs, diminish environmental impact, and foster sustainable growth.

"Operating sustainably certainly isn't the simplest choice, but in our mind it was the only choice," says Ricardo Petroni, of Round Table Brewery. "We're part of this community, so protecting its resources is a responsibility we take seriously. When it came to our wastewater, Econse was the perfect choice.
